Air Freight

  • Next-Flight-Out (NFO): This service ensures your shipment is on the next available flight to its destination. It is the most time-critical air freight service, often used for emergency shipments of critical parts, medical supplies, or other high-value goods.

  • Air Charter: For shipments that are too large, sensitive, or time-critical for standard air freight, a cargo company can charter an entire aircraft. This provides the ultimate in speed, control, and security, with the plane dedicated solely to your cargo.

  • Next-Day/2-Day Air Freight: This is a slightly less urgent but still highly expedited service that guarantees delivery by the next business day or within two business days. It is a common choice for urgent parcels and palletized freight.

 

 

Ground Expedited Services

 

  • Dedicated Vehicle: This service dedicates a single vehicle—such as a sprinter van, box truck, or full truckload—solely to your shipment. This eliminates stops for other customers' cargo, ensuring a direct and rapid delivery.

  • Team Drivers: For long-haul shipments, a team of two drivers is assigned to a single truck. They alternate driving shifts to keep the vehicle in constant motion, significantly reducing transit time compared to a single driver who must take breaks.

  • "Hot Shot" Trucking: This service is used for smaller, time-critical loads that need to be delivered quickly over a short or medium distance. It typically involves a single, smaller truck and is often associated with the energy and construction industries for delivering parts to a job site.

  • Freight Forwarding: Arranging and managing the transport of goods for clients, using a variety of carriers and modes (air, ocean, ground).

  • Multimodal Transport: Combining different modes of transport (e.g., ground trucking to a port, then ocean freight, then rail transport to a final destination) to optimize for cost, speed, and efficiency.

  • Full Container Load (FCL) & Less-than-Container Load (LCL): Providing options for shipping an entire container or combining smaller shipments from different clients into one container to save on costs.

  • Expedited & Priority Freight: Offering faster, time-definite delivery services for urgent shipments.

 

 

Specialty Expedited Services

  • On-Board Courier (Hand Carry): This is the most expedited and secure service available. A dedicated courier travels with your shipment as checked luggage or carry-on, personally delivering it to the recipient's hands. It is used for extremely high-value, sensitive, or urgent documents and small packages.

  • White Glove Service: This is a premium service that goes beyond simple transportation. It includes specialized handling, often for delicate or high-value items, and may involve services like inside delivery, unpacking, and even setup or assembly at the final destination.

  • Guaranteed LTL (Less-than-Truckload): While LTL is a standard service, a cargo company can offer a guaranteed LTL service with a specific delivery date. If the shipment is not delivered by the agreed-upon time, the customer is typically eligible for a refund.

  • Reverse Logistics: Managing the process of returning goods from the customer back to the origin, which is especially important for e-commerce and retail.

  • Dangerous Goods Handling: Providing the expertise and certified personnel to transport hazardous materials safely and in compliance with all regulations.

  • Temperature-Controlled (Cold Chain) Logistics: A specialized service for shipping sensitive products like pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals that require a specific temperature range.

  • Project Logistics: Managing the transport of large, complex, and oversized cargo, such as industrial machinery, for a specific project.
